We want you to be fully satisfied with your WalkingPad; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your treadmill within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the equipment is in its original packaging and condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully fold your WalkingPad and place it back into its original box with all included manuals, power cables, and safety keys.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and coordinate a pickup time with our designated heavy-goods carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
